With high compression efficiency, chip volume can be reduced by up to 1/5–1/50 depending on material type, significantly lowering storage, transportation, and handling costs. The system achieves over 95% cutting fluid recovery with residual oil content below 5%, supporting cleaner operations and sustainable manufacturing.
