Tung Yu has committed itself to eliminate of the gap between theory and industrial practice and has achieved outstanding results for industry-academia collaboration with various colleges and universities. In recent years, Tung Yu has also taken part in an industry cultivation program by appointing the company Electrical/Control engineers to serve as corporate lecturers in different departments at various schools. The lectures not only emphasize on how it works in practical but also invite students visiting different companies. Tung Yu wants to interest students in understanding the practice. In addition to external collaboration with academia, CSR is more importantly to be associated with the development of the internal organization. Tung Yu has aspired to become a learning-oriented organization and offers opportunities for management staff to take part in continued education so they may grow together with the company.
